Caroline is the CEO of Hack the Gap and the founder and CEO of 26 Letters technology-enabled equity and inclusion company. Using data, insight and learning opportunities, 26 Letters helps address equity in education and helps organizations understand and incorporate, diversity, equity and inclusion in their attraction, recruiting and advancement efforts. Caroline is also active in the local entrepreneurial and technology ecosystem. She is on the board of the U-YMCA and Minne* and participates in the community to encourage more people to explore their entrepreneurial ventures.
Hollie is a relationship builder, storyteller, podcaster, and startup advocate living in NYC. Currently, at DigitalOcean, helping startups and partners tell their story, locate resources, and connect entrepreneurs to help them succeed and grow. Prior to that, Hollie ran sales and support at beauty-tech startup, Lifebooker, a dual-sided marketplace for all things beauty. Hollie also oversees and manages programming for NYC Geekettes, advocating to increase the ratio of women working in tech. Hollie’s passions that are also part of her work include a love of travel, music, and sipping on cold brew coffee.
Jess Erickson is a program manager on the Research and Academic Relations team at Facebook. She steers the Artificial Intelligence Diversity and Inclusion task force and manages partnerships that engage with underrepresented groups. She is the founder of Geekettes, an organization uniting, mentoring and promoting women in tech worldwide.
Jenna Pederson is a business owner, community builder, and technical entrepreneur with a passion for community and equity-building. As founder and owner of 612 Software Foundry, she helps entrepreneurs make their product ideas a reality. Jenna is a community builder at heart and is passionate about making space for more women in tech and entrepreneurship. She is a proud Co-founder Emeritus of Hack The Gap, led the Twin Cities Geekettes for a number of years and currently serves on the Minnestar Board of Directors.
